Lift up your heads!

This morning May 13 the Lord gave Ps 24
Verses 7-10 are the verses we often use to welcome THE REIGN OF KING JESUS!

When we look at the whole Psalm we will be greatly encouraged.

V1 begins ... The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.

v 3-4 asked the question about who may stand in His Holy presence and receive His blessings and share in His great authority.
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.

v5 declares ... He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Who are these ones .... v6 .... the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face.

Then come v7-10
(Psa 24:7 NKJV) Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
(Psa 24:8 NKJV) Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.
(Psa 24:9 NKJV) Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
(Psa 24:10 NKJV) Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

This May 23 - Global Day of Prayer - 220 nations of God's people who seek Him and Seek His face will in UNITY welcome THE KING OF GLORY, THE LORD STRONG AND MIGHTY, THE LORD OF HOSTS to come into the NATIONS OF THE WORLD AND REIGN!!!!

  1. Thank you, Pastor,
Very sobering verses, reminding believers to keep one's heart "pure" for the blessedness of being pure in heart is the opportunity to see God! This reminds me to shun "impurities!"
    God bless your ministry!
