Seek the Lord while He may be found

This morning 12th May 2010 Prayer

The Lord gave the verses in Is 55
(Isa 55:6 NKJV) Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.

The song on Sunday
I WILL SEEK YOUR FACE
CALL UPON YOUR NAME
JESUS
ALL I WANT IS YOU
JESUS, JESUS

Is our No. 1 song.
Why? Because this is the Lord's desire, passion and cry for us.
WheN we have HIM and are in INTIMATE COMMUNION with Him we will be
TRULY SATISFIED
TRULY AT PEACE
TRULY STRONG
TRULY WISE
TRULY FRUITFUL for HIS GLORY

Let us seek Him
Let us call upon Him
Let us be willing to pay the price for it.
COME BUY EAT!
The rewards of will be very very great!

HE WILL ALWAYS BE FOUND AND ALWAYS BE NEAR TO US!

(Isa 55:1 NKJV) "Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price.
(Isa 55:2 NKJV) Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, And let your soul delight itself in abundance.
(Isa 55:3 NKJV) Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David.

(Isa 55:7 NKJV) Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.
(Isa 55:8 NKJV) "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD.
(Isa 55:9 NKJV) "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.
(Isa 55:10 NKJV) "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater,
(Isa 55:11 NKJV) So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

  1. Hi Pastor, during the devotion, the Lord gave me Psalm 27:8

"My heart says of you, “Seek his face!”

Your face, Lord, I will seek."

  2. Thanks, Pastor,
The verses speak to me personally, especially Isa 55:7 - I have been determined to let my mind be fixed upon Him, as the verse says, "Thou shalt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee."
Thank you for blogging! It's truly a blessing to us!
