Looks like a good canditate for a Youth Pastor.
Some things to watch out:-- Look beyond "problem behaviour" - expressive youth can be a "problem" but don't rule them out
- The danger of natural leadership ability - they need to be taught, trained, corrected and nurtured to be mature, wise and humble
- Don't overlook quiet young leaders
